About the mission we offer you:
Within the Human Resources Department at Technip Energies France, you will join the HRIS team, reporting to the Data & Analytics Specialist.
You will contribute to the use and analysis of HR data to support decision-making, optimize HR processes, and drive strategic management. You will be responsible for producing HR data for various departments within the company, as well as for labor unions and external regulatory bodies. You will also participate in various development projects with your mentor. You will support users and provide training as needed.
This position is highly technical in nature: you will be involved in the entire HR data processing chain (collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization).
Your responsibilities will be diverse:
• Data crunching: cleaning, structuring, and enriching HR datasets.
• Data comparison, data production, and dashboard creation,
• Participation in certain project phases with the project manager (e.g., data cleaning projects, report automation, etc.),
• Development of KPIs and applications using Power BI or other software.
• Automation & scripting: participation in the development of Python or VBA scripts to enhance the reliability and speed of analyses.
• Supporting users of reporting tools,
• Improving data quality,
• Continuous improvement,
Throughout this training, you will be supported by a mentor who will be available to answer any questions you may have.

About you:

• You are pursuing a degree in data science, statistics, business intelligence, or HR with a strong interest in data (HR management).
• You are proficient in Power BI and Excel (complex lookup, filter, and conditional formulas, pivot tables) and are interested in development and working with SAP and Oracle. You have a solid foundation in Python and VBA.
• You have an analytical mind, are thorough, self-reliant, organized, and have a strong sense of confidentiality.
• You are proactive and have strong analytical skills.
• Working-level English is required for this position.
