Descriptif

The Business Development and Strategic planning analyst reports to the Business Unit Director. He plays an essential role in the strategic development of the activity.

* Market intelligence : Continuous scouting search of opportunities for new partnerships and/or acquisitions ; Analysing opportunities identified from the internal sources (including Air Liquide Healthcare)
* Contributing to the execution phase of the projects: Selection process ; Business cases ; Coordination with all stakeholders (external and internal), valuation model (M&A, licensing and distribution agreement).
* Participating and organising internal meetings with internal Business Development experts and/or other specific internal resources to facilitate the assessment of new development opportunities (routines to be built).
* Be involved in the development and formalization processes of the next 5 year strategic plan.
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis on specific topics: market analysis, contracts review, RFQ to vendors.

Profils

Are you the ideal candidate?

Hard skills :

* Analytical & Modeling: being proficient in business modeling and in the understanding of the HC sector and its value chain.
* Linguistic capability: the language used for internal communication within dinn'TECH is French but many interactions with external parties might be in English.
* Level of experience: final-year in top ranked Business Schools or Engineering Schools with a previous successful working experience as first internship, ideally in Healthcare.

Soft Skills :

* Curiosity: being able to identify some opportunities beyond the expectations.
* Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment, particularly in a sector as dynamic as healthcare.
* Rigor in the collection and processing of data.
* Communication: being able to interact easily with external and internal parties.
