POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Group Head of Asset & Operational Strategy, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the implementation of the Group's asset management strategy across its various business units. You will play a key role in achieving the financial objectives set by Senior Management by acting as the main liaison between local and Group departments (Leasing, Operations, Design, Development, and Marketing). You will ensure that subsidiaries remain aligned with the Group's financial strategy while providing operational support where required.
Key Responsibilities
* Asset Value Creation Strategy: Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the Group-wide asset value creation strategy, with a strong focus on optimizing financial performance.
* Strategic Alignment: Ensure the consistency of the overall strategy for each asset, including value maximization, financial analysis, investment and divestment decisions, and key leasing initiatives.
* Collaboration and Synergies: Foster knowledge sharing and synergies across the Group to strengthen internal collaboration, particularly within the Asset Management practice.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on key asset performance indicators, including rental growth, tenant performance, capital expenditure (CapEx), and vacancy levels.
* Operational Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and assess the impact of strategic initiatives on asset value creation.
* Business Plan Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams in the preparation of five-year business plans, ensuring alignment with the Group's asset strategy and financial forecasts.
* Project Execution: Support the delivery of major projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and strategic leasing transactions.
* ERV Review: Lead the annual review of Estimated Rental Values (ERVs) for each unit to assess the portfolio's rental reversion potential.
* Strategic Communication: Communicate and explain the Group's strategy and key management decisions to business units across all countries.
* Operational Process Implementation: Oversee the implementation and monitoring of operational processes, ensuring consistent execution of agreed action plans.
* Management Tools Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous improvement and updating of the Group's internal management and financial modelling tools.
Profile
* Education: Master's degree (or equivalent) from a leading business school or university, with a specialization in Finance, Asset Management, or Real Estate Finance.
* Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, within a related industry or in Transaction Services.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
* International Exposure: Significant experience working in an international environment, ideally within commercial real estate, banking, or consulting, with a global mindset and the ability to work effectively across different cultures.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and foster collaboration across functions to achieve common financial objectives.
