We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Labor Relations Specialist who is fluent in English and French. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting labor relations activities through effective coordination, document management, and translation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and organize labor relations meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Collect, compile, and maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to labor relations.
Translate documents and communications between English and French to ensure clear and effective communication.
Serve as a point of contact for labor relations inquiries, providing timely and accurate informations.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on labor relations matters for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the labor relations team in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Maintain a calendar of labor relations activities and ensure timely follow-up on pending issues.
Conduct research on labor laws and regulations to support compliance and provide relevant updates to the team.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within labor relations or human resources.
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, mindful of data sharing security policy and regulations (GDPR...).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
