The Group Total Rewards team is responsible for designing, managing, and administering global compensation and benefit programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
This high-impact role focuses specifically on Executive Compensation for the Group's Top Management. This position ensures governance, competitive positioning, and strict regulatory compliance globally.
Reporting to the VP Group Total Rewards & International Mobility, you will be in charge of :
EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE REWARDS (PRP)
* Manage the annual Bonus Plan cycle for Executives: issue and population of individual scorecards, change-of-role adjustments, assessment of attainment percentage, coordination of payout management.
* Preparation of the annual WTW Executives France compensation survey and review of market benchmarks to support annual salary review and change-of-role proposals for Executives.
* Oversee the administration of Top France Executives pension plans, including eligibility, contribution calculation, and payment coordination with payroll and SwissLife.
GOVERNANCE, COMPLIANCE, AND REPORTING
* Manage the governance process, including presenting the LTI campaign for the Remuneration Committee and securing Board of Directors approval (September).
* Redact and fill in data for the Universal Registration Document (URD) (December−March) on LTI grants and vesting in particular.
* Contribute to CSRD reporting requirements, specifically focusing on adequate/living wage analysis from a Total Rewards viewpoint.
* Prepare specific one-pager notes for the President to support the annual General Meeting preparations.
Profils
Required Education & Experience
* You have a Master's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Global Total Rewards, with extensive exposure to Executive Compensation.
* A first experience in an Operational or Financial role is highly valued.
Necessary Skills
* Expert mastery of financial modeling and data analysis related to compensation and equity programs.
* Fluent French and English (written and oral) is mandatory for global coordination.
* Mastery of Google suite or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel) for complex modeling.
* familiarity with HRIS systems for plan administration is essential.
* Strong Digital mindset and appetite for process optimization and system integration.
