The Alternant will gain hands-on experience in international B2B event management, supporting the Event Director, Event Managers and Event Coordinator in the planning and execution of global and regional events. The mission is to assist in operational tasks, contribute to the preparation of toolkits and digital content, and develop skills in project coordination, communication and logistics within a dynamic global hospitality group.
Job Description
Event Preparation and Logistics
• Assist in preparing event materials such as participant lists, name badges, presentations and logistics packs.
• Support the team in coordinating suppliers, managing deliveries and organizing shipments.
• Help with on-site logistics during events (welcome desk, registration, guest orientation).
Toolkit and Content Support
• Contribute to the preparation of simple event toolkits (invitation templates, visuals, feedback forms).
• Upload and update event-related materials in Showpad under the supervision of the Coordinator.
Administrative Support
• Assist with meeting preparation, agendas and follow-up action lists.
• Support the Coordinator in maintaining files, checklists and internal documentation.
• Help consolidate satisfaction surveys and prepare simple post-event summaries.
Learning and Development
• Observe and participate in project meetings to understand event strategy and planning.
• Gain exposure to the different B2B segments (Corporate/TMC, MICE, and Leisure).
• Develop skills in teamwork, project management and communication within an international environment.
The Event coordinator works in close partnership with all B2B Marketing and Communication colleagues, ensuring constant mutual support and alignment as one team.

Qualifications
- Business or hotel school / University degree
- Sales & Marketing operational experience (hotel or global sales teams)
- Experience in Event management in the past 2 years
- Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, communication or hospitality program.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; interest in digital tools and event platforms.
- Eager to learn, proactive and adaptable.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
