We are currently seeking a HR Digital Payroll Application Manager, reporting directly to Manager – People & Culture Digital Products to join our Digital for Support functions & Corporate team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the opportunity we offer:
You will be joining the HR Digiteam Product team reporting to P&C Digital Products Domain Manager. Acting as the Solution Lead in a highly anticipated new Payroll system plus integration project working with P&C leads, Process owners and Business & IT representatives, you will own the solution governance, design the system solution strategy and milestones supporting all P&C payroll processes.
Acting as the Solution’ main point of contact and key advisor on system solution related topics, you will coordinate with Digiteam Applications, Development, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Data teams to secure business delivery and compliance to Digiteam solution standards and strategy.
Missions :
Define the Payroll Product Strategy:
* Understand HR, legal, and financial requirements related to payroll.
* Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
* Anticipate and plan for regulatory changes (e.g., tax laws, labor regulations).
Manage Payroll System Evolution:
* Collect and analyze business needs from HR and payroll teams.
* Lead the design, enhancement, and rollout of payroll system features (in-house or SaaS).
* Oversee integrations with other systems: HRIS, time management, ERP, Travel etc.
Coordinate Stakeholders:
* Collaborate with:
* HR Operations & Payroll Experts
* Legal/Compliance teams
* IT teams
* External payroll vendors (e.g, ADP, SAP, Workday, SDWorx)
* Ensure proper alignment between business requirements and technical feasibility.
Ensure Compliance and Data Accuracy:
* Guarantee that payroll operations comply with national/local laws and internal policies.
* Define and monitor quality KPIs: payroll accuracy, on-time delivery, error rates.
* Support internal and external audits and controls when required.
Support & Continuous Improvement:
* Design overall support Model for Payroll Solution and Integrations maintenance and operational continuity
* Handle escalations, incidents, be in charge of L2 and L3 support and coordiante with all IT teams involved in Payroll processing and Payroll integrations
* Gather user feedback to enhance the product and improve user experience.
* Maintain product documentation and training materials.

* Master's degree in computer science or information technology.
* 8 to 10 years of professional experience in payroll systems and Digital organizations including 5+ years of experience on global HR topics.
* Experience in Payroll system implementation including data migration and payroll interface setup
* Agile product delivery experience
* Excellent communication and very strong customer-oriented mindset
* Experience with IT Run processes, standards (ITIL) and tools (ITSM)
* Ability to handle interfaces with senior leadership in high pressure environments
* Authority & ability to drive consensus & to achieve decisions with senior stakeholders
* Strong experience and Business knowledge with payroll processes
* Proactive, quality minded, tempered, synthetic and positive approach on all issues
* Team and process-oriented spirit
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in French & English
* Ability to travel abroad
* Experience in Personal data management
* Multiple experiences of HR Payroll projects delivery, related to various HR / Payroll processes, with Waterfall and Agile standards
* Seasoned knowledge with HR applications, Cloud and On-premises Operations, brings a solid methodology on Run standards and processes and strong dedication to support our Business partners
* Be a quick learner on new systems and technologies and a positive and innovative mindset.
* Experience with IT applications management, vendors relationship and financial management.

* Energy Industry experience
* Data centric architecture and operations definition, experience with Master Data
* Experience as a Solution Lead or Functional / Technical Consultant
* Solid IT background including Infrastructure and CyberSecurity aspects (Active Directory, Office365, hosting, connectivity, CyberSecurity standards…)
* Experience in Compliance audit and with principal IT standards (SOC1, SOC2, ISO27001)
* Experience with BI architecture and technologies
* Experience working within HR departments, and HR processes
* Azure DevOps experience for work scheduling.
