Your Mission
As an HR Assistant, you ensure efficient HR administration with a strong focus on Hard HR, payroll, and reporting, while supporting key HR projects.
Hard HR & Payroll Management:
* Manage payroll for Head Office and Hotel General Managers
* Administer employee contracts, amendments, and social documents
* Monitor absences, leave, and employee records
* Ensure compliance with Belgian labor legislation
* Support social audits when required
Reporting & Compliance
* Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports and KPIs (headcount, labour costs, absenteeism, etc.)
* Prepare documentation for Works Council meetings
HR projects & Office Support
* Support HR structuring, digitalization, and process optimization projects
* Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and continuous improvement
* Provide administrative support to the Head Office when required
* Participate in recruitment projects
* Office management
Profils
Your Profile
* Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
* Experience in Hard HR and Payroll
* Analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential)
* Fluent in French, Dutch and English
* Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented
* Discreet, reliable and business-oriented
* Good communicator
