The Marine & Overseas Division specialises in the design and execution of large-scale civil engineering infrastructure, including maritime and port facilities, water and waste treatment plants, and complex international projects.

As part of the continuous development of our international activities, we are actively seeking an International Project Contract Manager to reinforce our teams and support our portfolio of overseas projects.

This is a permanent contract within the Marine & Overseas Division.

YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT

This role is inherently highly mobile and truly international. You will be administratively based in France, but your primary work will involve direct assignment to major international projects across the globe. This means you will be deployed on-site for medium to long-term missions, relocating as project needs dictate - from the vibrant landscapes of Africa to the dynamic environments of Europe or Asia, following the life cycle of our key infrastructure developments.

You will work closely with Project Directors, Project Controls, Finance, and Legal teams on high-impact international projects. You will benefit from the robust support of Eiffage headquarters, while operating directly within multidisciplinary site teams in diverse regions of the world.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As an International Project Contract Manager, you will be a pivotal asset directly embedded within our international projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Administering and managing the main contract of the project you are assigned to, ensuring full compliance with obligations, timely notifications, and robust protection of Eiffage's contractual rights.

- Managing consortium or joint-venture agreements, including critical interfaces, responsibilities, deliverables, and governance processes.

- Supervising subcontract agreements: performance monitoring, amendments, claims, contractual compliance, and administrative closure.

Leading and coordinating complex claim processes, including:

*

Claims against the client.
*

Claims within the consortium.
*

Claims raised by subcontractors.

- Preparing comprehensive contractual strategies and advising project leadership on potential risks, contractual obligations, and strategic opportunities.

- Drafting all contractual correspondence (letters, notifications, notes, reports) with precision, in both English and French.

- Supporting commissioning, handover, and close-out phases, ensuring all contractual and documentary requirements are meticulously met.

- Ensuring critical alignment between technical, financial, and legal stakeholders, maintaining coherent project positions throughout the project lifecycle.
