Descriptif
Join the Global Talent Management team to drive SHINE, a strategic transformation program designed to move Air Liquide from a job-based to a Skills-Based Organization (SBO). This initiative is part of the broader FIT Transformation, aimed at building an agile workforce, securing critical skills for the future, and empowering employees to take ownership of their careers through AI-enabled technology (Workday).

2. Data Analysis & Job Architecture Support (30%)
* Data Quality & Cleaning: Support the "Job Architecture solidification" stream by analyzing and cleaning Job Catalog data (descriptions, naming conventions) to ensure readiness for AI matching.
* KPI Tracking: Update the project Dashboard and Weekly Reports. Monitor key success metrics such as "Profile Completion Rates," "Time to Fill," and "Skill Gaps".
* Survey Analysis: Help analyze qualitative data from workshops and "MyVoice" surveys to identify pain points regarding career visibility and transparency.
3. Project Management & Coordination (30%)
* Task Tracking: Maintain the global project roadmap, tracking milestones across different streams (Governance, Skill Framework, Tech Implementation) to ensure the project remains "On Track".
* Workshop Organization: Assist in organizing Co-Design Workshops (logistics, pre-reads, taking minutes) where experts validate critical skills and proficiency levels.
* Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Core Team, Mercer consultants, and local project contributors to ensure smooth information flow.
