Helping to Define the Strategic HR Roadmap for Customer Care Departments:

* Leveraging the rich insights gathered from your scope definition and best practices assessment, you will be a key contributor to developing a forward-looking strategic HR roadmap for customer care.

* How would you manage this mission : by organising workshops with business & HR stakeholders. By presenting the outcomes to top management for decision making

Accelerating the Deployment of Best Practices within the Affiliates:

*

Your role will extend beyond strategy to active implementation. You will directly support and accelerate the rollout of identified best practices across various affiliates. * Your drive and dedication will be crucial in ensuring that successful HR initiatives gain traction and are adopted efficiently throughout our customer care network.
* How would you manage this mission : by creating a community regrouping all affiliates in order to share the best practices, by using the communication channel of Air Liquide.

Starting to Deliver the HR Roadmap:

* This position offers the exciting opportunity to move from planning to tangible impact. You will be actively involved in the initial phases of executing the defined HR roadmap. This could include contributing to specific projects related to optimizing new hiring processes, developing initial guidelines for customer care career paths, or supporting the launch of innovative employee development programs.
* You will see your strategic contributions translate directly into concrete actions that significantly impact our customer care professionals and, by extension, our customers.
* How would you manage this mission : by creating the documents and tools that will then be shared with the affiliates, by animating the Business stakeholders

Bringing knowledge to Air Liquide
