Your mission
Develop and implement the Sales & Marketing strategy for WiZiU Belgium, ensuring full alignment with each brand’s positioning and guidelines while supporting and contributing to WiZiU’s overall corporate strategy and performance objectives.You will drive the B2B revenue growth across the Belgian portfolio, with clear priorities:
MICE development will be your primary focus,
• Identify and secure seminars, conferences, corporate events and multi-night business projects
• Develop national and European decision-maker networks
• Maximize meeting rooms occupancy and incremental revenue
Zinia Event Space Commercialization, located at Novotel Brussels Off Grand Place,
• Position Zinia as a reference business venue
• Build a dedicated prospect pipeline
• Organize multiple events, (stand-ups, concerts, conferences, etc…)
• Generate incremental events and F&B revenue
Group desk structuring
• Design and implement the centralized Group & MICE inquiry system
• Improve conversion rates
• Ensure optimized lead distribution across 14 hotels
• Contribute to cluster-wide revenue growth
• Launch and onboarding of the new CRM tool (Thynk.Cloud)
Reporting & Internal Coordination
• Use tools to track activity, opportunities and account development.
• Coordinate with Group Desk and/or hotel operational teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Share leads and opportunities transparently within the sales organization.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue growth, conversion rate, new accounts, meeting room performance.
• Contribute to the annual Sales & Marketing Action Plan.
• Report sales and marketing performances following set KPIs monthly and quarterly.
Corporate & leisure development
• Negotiate corporate agreements
• Develop targeted leisure partnerships
• Increase cross-property penetration
What you will do
• Proactive prospecting (hunting)
• CRM-based pipeline management
• Participation in trade shows & workshops
• Revenue tracking (signed vs realized)
• Monthly portfolio performance review
• Strategic and local account management
• Conduct site inspections across the portfolio
• Monitor market trends, competition and regional opportunities
• Build, communicate and execute quarterly, semi-annual and annual action plans aligned with revenue objectives
Profils
Your profile
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management, Business or Sales
• 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, business development or similar (MICE exposure is a must)
• Experience in multi-property or cluster environment is a strong asset
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English
• Strong hunter mindset with result-driven approach
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Structured, autonomous and revenue driven
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
• Driving license and mobility across Belgium and France required
