Within the Corporate Internal Audit team, you are responsible for the proper execution of audit assignments and for supervising team members in the field.
In close collaboration with management, you incorporate the objectives of each assignment into the audit work program and ensure their achievement, while delivering reliable and well-supported conclusions.
Your responsibilities
The Senior Corporate Internal Auditor is involved in strategic and compliance audits of subsidiaries (Hotel Headquarters and New Businesses) as well as Group functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring less experienced team members in the field, while sharing methodological and technical expertise
- Actively participating in audit reviews while ensuring appropriate supervision and communication throughout the assignment
- Ensuring, on behalf of management, the reliability of audit conclusions and the proper application of audit methodologies
- Conducting written reviews of completed work to both support team development and ensure the achievement of assignment objectives
- Managing on-site relationships with auditees
- Co-leading, together with management, the final issuance of audit reports including the associated action plans
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and update of audit tools and methodologies (procedures, operational guidelines, audit tools and work programs)

Qualifications
And you?
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree / MBA / Bachelor’s degree +5 (Business School, University or equivalent).
- A first experience of 3 to 4 years in audit, gained within an audit firm or an internal audit department, is required.
Languages
- Fluent English is required.
- A second language would be considered a plus.
