V.I.E is a pre-recruitment program that involves recruiting young talented professionals among European citizens for a fixed term contract (6 to 24 months) to have an international experience abroad in one of Air Liquide entities. This program is in partnership with Business France.

As a VIE Graduate Program Assistant you will support the VIE Program manager primarily in managing this corporate graduate program (the V.I.E. program). You will contribute by :

* Recruitment of VIEs (outside of Europe) recruit, coordination with the Talent Acquisition team and publishing the job offers.
* Employer Branding : Being part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team , you'll participate and contribute to Business France Forums (physical and digital) related to Fresh Graduates event.
* Operational/Administrative Tasks : Act as HR contact of VIE hired at Liquide for the following topics : VIE allowance , professional reimbursement, ad-hocs,.etc)
* Act as a main point for the VIE community globally at Air Liquide.

Education : Bac+5 (HR, Business Admin..etc)

Languages : English fluency / French is highly advantageous.

Professional experience : Previous experience/internships in an HR role will be advantageous

Skills

* Knowledge of Google Suite is essential
* Being at ease with data /figures / KPIs is a big asset
* Excellent communication (both written and oral)
* Teamplayer (able to work in team, share and delegate tasks)
* Open minded , able to adapt in a multinational environment,
* Proactive and result oriented
