Reporting
directly to the SVP Marketing – Enterprise Division, you play a key role in a
dynamic environment where collaboration and strategic vision drive results.
As VP
Marketing Segment Enterprise, you lead Cegid’s marketing strategy, execution,
and performance for the Enterprise segment (>1000 employees), a top-growth
priority in the Enterprise Division. You contribute directly to driving
pipeline generation, acceleration, conversion, and revenue across new
acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, migration, and retention.
· Strategy definition: you define and lead
the Enterprise segment marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with GTM
priorities and revenue goals.
· Industry marketing: you build and
execute a comprehensive industry marketing approach, tailoring campaigns by
vertical from the ground up.
· Campaign management: you design and
deploy multi-channel campaigns across acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and
migration to drive pipeline and revenue growth in a multi-product environment.
· Sales alignment: you ensure strong
collaboration with sales and full-funnel accountability to maximize conversion
and business impact.
· Team leadership: you lead and
develop a team of 10 marketing professionals, fostering collaboration,
performance, and growth.
Profils
· Proven B2B SaaS
Enterprise GTM strategy experience with measurable pipeline and revenue impact,
supported by at least 15 years in similar roles.
· Strategic leadership and strong
cross-functional influence, driving alignment across Sales, PMM, Customer, and
Partner teams.
· Strong executive
communication skills, with executive presence, public speaking, and thought leadership
capabilities.
· Results-oriented,
data-driven mindset, with a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve
performance.
· Experience managing
field and industry marketing teams in a matrix environment, with full-funnel
metrics ownership and SLA implementation.
· Familiarity with
complex buying groups, long deal cycles, and multi-product portfolios.
· Proficiency in
Salesforce and Power BI, familiarity with Marketo, and fluency in both French
and English.
