Customer success manager (and implementation consultant)

You will support our clients' launch, enablement, onboarding and our content strategy for MyWellnessPartner solution. Your objective: ensure frequent use of the platform by our client's end users through compelling content and engagement initiatives.

- Define themes, select opportunities, and pilot the agency with the creation of compelling content for the platform, adapted to local specificities.

- Assist client with onboarding initiatives: pre-launch and post launch communications, physical events, gamification... You will help retain users by creating engaging campaigns and user journeys.
