Job Description

You will drive marketing medical strategies by leveraging medical insights to inform initiatives and lead medical teams toward innovative outcomes.

You will report to the Strategy Lead.

Key responsibilities:

- Assume responsibility for understanding the scientific and clinical aspects of the client’s businesses in depth

- Serve as a key strategic resource for both internal teams and clients

- Leverage science in brand differentiation and communications

- Collaborate with medical copywriters and art directors to represent scientific perspective throughout strategic and creative development

- Ensure scientific and clinical relevance of the assets

- Develop strategic skill set in an effort to uncover the most compelling way in which to differentiate a brand from a medical viable but compelling perspective

- Proactively identify medical opportunities that contribute to strategic and tactical development

- Ensure teams are optimizing the use of data to tell a viable, differentiating story

Qualifications

- 8+ years of relevant experience, with an advanced scientific degree preferred, in medical copywriting in healthcare communication agencies

- Proven experience in building strategic POVs rooted in medical insights

- Successful track record within the Pharma marketing space a must.

- Demonstrate depth of understanding for multiple products and therapeutic aeras

- Strong analytical thinker with exceptional research dexterity, including several years of experience with media-centric tools to uncover the data and insights that drives strategic communications planning and implementation

- Very good presentation skills

- Perfect knowledge of the French local healthcare landscape, as well as a good understanding of the global challenges.

- Fluent in both French and English mandatory
