CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Reporting to Lacoste Digital Factory, you will evolve in a context of agility at scale, as part of a dynamic team, with ambitious objectives and innovative features to build.
We have 3 open positions to join one of our Lacoste.com Feature Team: Front-End Experience (product scope: PDP, PLP, HP, Search, NAV, size recommendation, innovative tools…), Conversion (scope: checkout funnel, including cart, shipping, payment methods & fraud) & Crococare (scope: post purchase experience, sign in/sign up, My Account, loyalty experience).
Your apprenticeship is in Paris and your missions have an international scope.
MAIN REPONSIBILITIES AND MISSION
* You accompany your Product Owner daily and play a key role in coordinating business units and technical experts to define business needs into a concrete, scalable feature for our final users.
* You actively take part in planning & preparation of sprints in line with the priorities of the Quarterly Digital Roadmap.
* You write functional specifications and user stories in collaboration with the different members of the Feature Team.
* You adopt the main principles of Agility at Scale and actively participate in your team's daily ceremonies and milestones (sprint planning, daily, refinement, sprint review, sprint retrospective & sprint demo).
* You support the Feature Team on testing and validating user stories, always targeting the best-in-class experience for our users.
* You will progressively lead the scoping, analysis and build of some features to help your Product Owner.
* You share proactive ideas, based on analysis, datas and benchmarks.
Profils
* Master's degree in a Business or Engineer School.
* Fluent english level is required (we communicate with regions, write documentation & user stories in english only).
* You have facilities with Microsoft Office tools.
* You are dynamic, proactive, curious and rigorous.
* Knowledge of Jira, Confluence & Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
* You wish to evolve in an international environment for e-commerce or digital.
* Your apprenticeship begins in September/October 2025.
