The Product Merchandising Manager supports the creation of profitable line plans and assortments through strong execution, insight-driven planning, and seasonal process management. This role bridges consumer, product, and marketplace needs, ensuring consistency between global direction and local execution.
They own key franchises, collection pillar(s), price zones, acting as the day-to-day link between product creation, design, costing, and sales teams.
MAIN REPONSIBILITIES
1. Seasonal Line Planning & Execution
· Support the Director/Senior Manager in building the seasonal line plan & assortments across key categories.
· Manage SKU health, carryover strategy, and pricing alignment.
· Coordinate adoption and productivity tracking across regions.
2. Product Creation & Range Management
· Translate briefs into actionable range frameworks with Design and Development.
· Manage updates, milestones, and deliverables for product readiness.
· Track performance and identify in-season opportunities or risks.
3. Go-to-Market Readiness
· Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure stories, assortments, and visuals are market-ready.
· Lead GTM tools preparation (line plans, grids, visual assortments).
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
· Serve as a hub between Design, Development, and Commercial for key deliverables.
· 8-10 years' experience in product merchandising, ideally within footwear.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of merchandising frameworks and financial KPIs.
· Consumer and trend sensitivity; able to translate insights into product actions.
· Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to leadership.
· Fluent in English; French a plus.
