Your mission:
As a Global Business Strategy Analyst Intern, you will be at the core of Lacoste's strategic decision-making process. Your role will focus on analyzing sales performance, inventory management, profitability, and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive the company's global strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and support the brand's long-term growth objectives.
The Position is attached to Ayub Mohamed, our CPO (Chief Product Officer). Our objective is to bring a clear vision of the performance of our collections in Sell-In and Sell-Out. Sell-In : Validate an challenge the buy of the new collections. Sell out : Ensure that our sales are following our product trajectory and highlight new product trends, new pillars that are shaping the future of Lacoste collections.
Your main responsibilities include:
1. Sales Performance Analysis:
o Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data (Sell-In and Sell-Out) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks on product categories.
o Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, discount, UP and sell-through.
o Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and optimize product mix.
o Continiously improve our monthly deck to offer each month a better vision of our collection performances.
2. Strategic Business Insights:
o Collaborate with senior management to build reports, dashboard & presentations for the Executive Committee (COMEX).
o Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, on profitability, new product launches, new market entry, distribution efficiency, or digital transformation.
